You need:
- 100 g ginger
- 2 lemons
- 100 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
- 50 ml liquid sweetener (e.g. agave syrup or honey)
- 1 tsp turmeric
And it's that simple:
- Peel the ginger and cut into rough cubes.
- Squeeze the lemons.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Filter the juice through a fine sieve.
- Pour into a sterilised bottle and store in the fridge or preferably consume directly.
